Building Skills for Successful Transportation Program Delivery

Attendees will learn how to use that data to engage the community to improve services ensuring customers’ needs are being met.

Each module was designed for participants to build skills from one session to the next, learning directly from industry leaders who present examples from the field. The live course was held in April, 2022. Below are recordings of each webinar, accompanying powerpoint slides and handouts from each of the four modules.
