LGBTQ+ Insights from the NADTC Transportation Survey

In 2021, NADTC conducted a National Diversity Transportation Survey in which 312 of the 2,435 respondents self-identified as LGBTQ+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer Plus). Despite the small number of LGBTQ+ respondents, it was determined that additional analysis of the survey data still offers insights useful to the field of transportation for older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers. This research report was prepared by the Sage Center of Excellence for NADTC to use in their work towards transportation equity.
