Enjoli has spent 18 years in the US and abroad in the transportation industry in the public and private sector as a designer and consultant working on bike, pedestrian, ride share, light rail and ADA planning projects. Prior to joining NADTC, she worked for the University of Kansas-KU On Wheels, TranSystems Corporation and TransitCon. She later joined MoDOT’s Multimodal Transit team and the Missouri Office of External Civil Rights. Enjoli is a member of many national and local advisory boards focused on transportation, accessibility and equity.

Enjoli has served as an adjunct instructor for ITT Technical Institutes School of Design and the Nichols Career Center for Design Trades. She holds an associate degree in civil engineering technology from State Technical College of Missouri and a B.A. and M.A. in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Kansas.
