Current Opportunities
Community Heart & Soul Seed Grant Program
The Community Heart & Soul Seed Grant Program provides $10,000 in funding for resident-driven groups in small cities and towns to start the Community Heart and Soul model. Grant funding requires a $10,000 cash match from the participating municipality or a partnering organization. The grant determinations are made on a rolling basis until all grants have been awarded.

Recently Closed Opportunities
The national Community Care Corps program, administered by the Oasis Institute with support from USAging, Caregiver Action Network and Altarum with funding from the Administration for Community Living, fosters the development and implementation of innovative local models in which volunteers provide nonmedical assistance to support family caregivers and empower older adults and adults with disabilities to live and thrive in community.
