With a wave of transportation industry professionals set to retire in the coming years and a new generation of employees coming on board who may still be learning the basics of effective administrative and operations practices for transit and other modes, NADTC is holding a Transportation Boot Camp. Participants will learn about communication, emergency management, finance, human resources, operations, and vehicle and facilities maintenance.

This six-week online course is open to anyone; however, it’s particularly targeted toward newer professionals. Work at your own pace to complete the course assignments, listen to webinars, and submit all work by May 1 to receive a completion certificate.
