Every Ride Counts: Pilot Projects Discuss Their Experiences
This webinar will feature a panel discussion among the 5 Every Ride Counts (ERC) pilot sites featured in the Every Ride Counts Campaign Report published in 2024. Each pilot site will share images and messaging developed to support their program goals, which included efforts to increase ridership, recruit volunteers and promote the use of a new one-click rider service. The interactive discussion will address ways to engage riders, successful approaches for getting out the word about community transportation, and how the ERC materials were most effectively used.
